Log in to your site so that you see [edit this page] at the top of pages on your web site. If you don't have a link to "sign in" or "admin menu" go to yourDomainName.com/sign_in.asp
Go to a page on your site that is in the same general area where you want to add another page. Click (show pages).
You should now see a list of pages in the current area of your site. They are sorted by "date last modified" with newest being on top.
Click Create a New Page. This takes you to the PAGE SETTINGS screen for a new, empty page.
Fill in the top 3 lines: (1) Title is what will show at the top of your page if you check the (2) "Title visible at top of page" and I recommend you do this so as to stay consistent with the rest of the site. Finally, (3) "File on server" needs to have no spaces or other strange characters. Definitely no quotes, apostrophes, tildes, ampersands, slashes, backslashes. If you go back to "show pages" you can see how we name web page files. Being consistent with file naming is important.
Now scroll down to "B L O G / W I K I" and check the "Activate" box. If you leave "Security level" at zero, this means anyone can modify the page. If you change "Security level" to "1" this means they must register/sign-in to modify the page. HotKey has a built-in easy-register screen at yourDomainName.com/register.asp.
Click the SAVE button near the top of this form. You will be taken back to the SHOW PAGES screen.
Look for your new page in this list. It should be at or near the top. Click the Manage Content button to the far left of the row representing your new page.
You are now on the MANAGE CONTENT screen. Click the Add Text/Images/Links button.
You are now on the EDIT CONTENT screen. If you are using Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Netscape you will see a bunch of buttons (two rows) much like Microsoft Word. Underneath the buttons is a big empty area. Click in that empty area so your cursor is there now.
Now go ahead and put in whatever content you want. Click SAVE and you are done!
